Kings Church (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through kingschurch.cc, why we collect it and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you send a prayer request, a Freedom Prayer request or register for Growth Track, we receive what you type in the form — for example your name, email address, location and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored by our email provider (Mailchimp).
Event registrations and giving. Event sign-ups happen on Church Center (Planning Center) and online giving happens on Subsplash. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Website use. Only if you click “Accept” in our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, and Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure and improve our ads. These tools may use cookies and collect information such as pages visited and device type. If you choose “Only necessary”, they are not loaded.
Prayer requests are read only by our prayer and pastoral team. They are never used for advertising and are never shared with Google, Meta or any advertising service.
To pray for you and follow up when you ask us to, to register you for programs such as Growth Track, to send you news you subscribed to, and to improve our website and communication.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our ministry (such as our email, website hosting, events and giving providers), and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, and then delete it securely.
You can change your cookie choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing office@kingschurch.cc.
Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online.
